Duration of data storage

These data are not being forwarded without your consent.  Processing of such data is being done in compliance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation, if your demand is connected to the fulfilment of the contract or if the pre-contractual measures are to be implemented. In all other cases, the processing of your data is based on our legitimate interest in effective processing of your demands that you send to us (Art. 6 par. 1 letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation) or on your consent (Art. 6 par. 1 letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation), if such consent was requested.

The data that you have filled in in your contact form stay in our system until you request their deletion, revoke your consent with their collection or if the purpose for the storage of these data will cease to exist (e.g. after the processing of your request has been concluded). Urgent legal requests – mainly the archivation periods – stay untouched.

Google Web Fonts

In order to achieve unified display of fonts, the web page uses so called web fonts by Google. Upon loading of the web pages, your server will upload necessary web fonts in your Browser cache, in order to achieve correct display of texts and font arts. In order to do so, your web browser has to set up a connection with the Google servers. This is how Google knows that the web page has been loaded by your IP address. The usage of WebFonts is being done in compliance the Art. 6 par. 1 letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation. The web page operator has a legitimate interest in having his web page and the fonts on it displayed uniformly. If your consent should be required (e.g. consent with the saving of the Cookies), your data will be processed exclusively in compliance with the Art. 6 par. 1 letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation. The consent with the processing of your data can be revoked at any time.

Usage of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics in order to analyze the usage of the web page. The data extracted from this analysis are being used to update our webpage or to optimize the advertisement measures.

Google processes the data about the usage of this webpage in compliance with our order and contractually binds to fulfill measures that will ensure confidentiality of the processed data.

Google Analytics saves Cookies in your browser for the duration of two years since your last visit. These Cookies contain randomly generated user ID that can be used to recognize you during your next visit.

The collected data are being saved together with the randomly generated user ID, which enables evaluation of the user profiles with nicknames. These user data will be automatically deleted after 14 months. The rest of the data stays saved in the aggregated form for indefinite period.

Google Maps
